Shipping PolicyMost orders placed before 1pmCST ship the same day. IslandSurf orders ship on normal business days. Although 95% of all IslandSurf orders ship within 24 business hours of your order, please allow 1 business day for order processing. Anytime your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day, please call customer service (800.272.2065) so that we can help you in making sure your order arrives by the day requested. IslandSurf.com utilizes both USPS and UPS. Although not listed as an option on the shipping page, if you choose Economy or Standard your shipping method will be determined by your address. No matter the method that is chosen for your order, we will get your package delivered to you in the time frame listed on our shipping chart. If you choose Economy or Standard as your shipping method please provide an address that can be delivered by either UPS or USPS. Most expedited orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air and delivers on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. If you place an online order on Thursday your 2nd Day Air Package will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday based on processing time and the time of day you made your order. We are happy to support our overseas troops by offering shipping to APO/FPO boxes. Orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery although we do allow up to one month for delivery as there may be delays depending on the address of delivery. USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries. We do ship to Canada, South America, Europe, Africa, or Asia via ISHOP USA which can be accessed on your shopping cart page next to International Shipping. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery depending on the local UPS centers guidelines. Many times packages will not be left at the doorway of apartments, townhouses or busy neighborhoods. If this is going to be an inconvenience for you or delay your shipment for any reason you may want to consider having your package shipped to your place of employment. If your order contains more than one item your items may be shipping from different locations, what we call a Split Shipment. You order will not have any delays due to a split shipment but you may receive one package sooner than the other.
