365 Day Return PolicyPrint our Return Form We understand that every now and then you may buy something that doesn't quite work. Does your item not fit? Do you feel like you got the wrong color? No worries! We're here to help. Our staff is committed to keeping you happy. Take advantage of our SPEEDY EXCHANGE process. A SPEEDY EXCHANGE is a two part process by which you place an additional new order at IslandSurf.com for the new item(s) you would like and receive a full refund on your returned items (if they are in unused, re-sellable condition) plus credit for any ground shipping charges on your new order. Advantages of SPEEDY EXCHANGE: Normally there is a mail delay in IslandSurf receiving your returned item(s) and exchanging them for a new item(s). Because of this delay, items that are in stock today on our website might not be available when we receive your exchange request. The best way to insure you get the item you want is to follow the SPEEDY EXCHANGE process. Place a new order online and insert that order number on step two of the Speedy Return Form. You'll get your new item 10-14 days sooner than if you do a traditional exchange. In addition, you'll receive a credit for your returned items. If you would like to request a basic exchange where you send the item(s) back and the exchange form to us, wait for us to receive and process it, then we ship out your new requested item(s), please contact customer service at 1-800-272-2065. If you would like to return your item for a REFUND and not receive another item in exchange, please fill out the return form listing what you are returning and check "refund" as the type of return. We will process your refund within three business days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the credit card on file unless we are notified otherwise. If you choose to use our return shipping label provided on the invoice you receive, $5.95 will be deducted from the amount owed for the refund. Expect your refund processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date we receive the item(s). An automated e-mail will be sent on the day that we receive your returned package. If you need your exchange or refund expedited more rapidly please call customer service. If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange please make sure your item is in unused, re-sellable condition* and follow the instructions on the return form enclosed in your order. IslandSurf cannot be held accountable for packages lost during the return process if no proof of tracking is available. Tracking and insurance is provided when using IslandSurf's return shipping label, however, there is a $5.95 for the use of this return shipping label. In the case of an order error at the fault of IslandSurf.com: At IslandSurf.com we always strive to be perfect, but we are human. If IslandSurf.com makes a mistake in the processing of your order (ships the wrong item/size, defective item, etc.), contact us directly for a free shipping voucher through UPS. IslandSurf.com will pay any return shipping charges in addition to the cost associated with mailing your new order to you. *Fine Print: UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from IslandSurf.com. If you received a prepaid shipping label on your invoice that was in your package you are more than welcome to use this. However, to use this Return Shipping Label to send back an item(s), there will be a $5.95 charge for the use of this. The charge for the use of this label will be processed as a new charge to the credit card used on the original order, or we will reduce any refund owed in the amount of $5.95. If you want to send something back but do not want to use the Return Shipping Label, or did not receive a Return Shipping Label, please use a shipping method that provides insurance, tracking, and/or proof of delivery so we can be sure to get your package returned and processed sufficiently and correctly. |
