IslandSurf orders ship on normal business days. In addition, UPS 2nd Day Air also delivers on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. If you place an online order on Thursday your 2nd Day Air Package will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday based on processing time and the time of day you made your order. Although 95% of all IslandSurf orders ship within 24 hours of your order, please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing. Anytime your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day, please call customer service. Otherwise, IslandSurf.com cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

IslandSurf.com now utilizes USPS for shipping to PO Boxes. Although not listed as an option on the shipping page, if you choose UPS Ground and your address is a PO Box, IslandSurf.com will utilize USPS for your delivery. The cost associated with this delivery will be the same as the corresponding UPS delivery cost listed in the shipping options.

We are happy to support our overseas troops by offering shipping to APO/FPO boxes. Orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.

Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the United States and its territories. To service our military customers we also ship to APO and FPO addresses worldwide. We do not ship to Canada, South America, Europe, Africa, or Asia.

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery depending on the local UPS centers guidelines. Many times packages will not be left at the doorway of apartments, townhouses or busy neighborhoods. If this is going to be an inconvenience for you or delay your shipment for any reason you may want to consider having your package shipped to your place of employment.
